When we introduced the new Roys safety glasses, we wanted to capture more than just product shots - we wanted to test their grit. With Logan Dodds and Ben Mihka leading the way, and a solid crew of Jesse, Stocky, Jess, and Pauline, we took over an old airplane hangar in New Zealand. Five colours. Five people. One challenge: put the Roys through their paces.
Buckets of coloured powder flew, landing on faces, hair, and clothes. But when the glasses came off, the clear, sharp line around their eyes told the real story - Roys stand tough. This wasn’t a controlled studio setup. It was raw, a little wild, and undeniably real. The glasses held up. The crew brought the energy. And the hangar? It got a new kind of life.
