Shipping and Returns – Natty Workwear


Please note, our warehouse will be closed from Saturday 23rd December, and opening Monday 15th January. Any orders placed during the break will be packed and sent upon the team's return, in the week commencing Monday 15th January 2024. Natty Workwear products are crafted to last and delivered with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse.


We deliver products domestically using Australia Post:

Standard Shipping (3-7 days) Flat Rate $7.50 AUD
Express Shipping (1-2 days) Flat Rate  $15 AUD


For International deliveries, we use Australia Post International. Shipping times & cost will vary depending on your location.

Please note International Express Shipping includes signature on delivery.

International shipping will take around a week or so and you will be able to track your parcels progress online. Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Contact your customs offices for more information.

All services exclude time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post´s control. All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers’ expense. After we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email that will contain tracking information.

** Please also note waiting times may be extended during sales/peak periods and to rural areas.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?
No, we can’t deliver to a P.O box. Please use a physical address for your order.
What if my package is not delivered?
If your package does not turn up within the expected delivery time outlined, then check on the shipping email you were sent and there will be track and trace details. If your parcel has gone missing in transit, please lodge a complaint directly with Australia Post, and you can also email us at and we’ll attempt to track the package for you as well. Please give the package two extra business days for delivery before emailing us.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
When your order gets shipped, you will be sent an automated email confirming your package has been sent and giving you a tracking number and a link to Australia Post where you can track your package. If you don't see it come through, please check your spam folder incase it's found its way in there. If you have any other questions about shipping, fire us an email at and we'll do our best to help you out.



Return your order and receive a store credit. Shop with confidence knowing you can easily exchange your items within 60 days if the fit isn't right. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us at Natty Workwear.

We only offer refunds in the unlikely scenario you receive a faulty or defective product. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot facilitate refunds for change of mind or for return to sender due to incorrect address supplied etc.

  • Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Natty Workwear


In the event you are to receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us immediately at, along with your name, order number, receipt or proof of purchase, a photo of the defect, and the item/s you wish to return. All return details will be provided via email within 48 hours. 

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags and returned to us within 60 days of initial arrival. Failure to return items as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. It is your responsibility to ensure the items reach our premises, so please use a trackable service to ensure your return arrives to us safely. Natty Workwear takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit while being returned. You will need to cover the postage costs yourself until goods are assessed. Once we receive your returned goods, we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely. We will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in original condition before proceeding with the reimbursement of the item price and postage costs. However, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original postage cost. Therefore, we encourage you to use the most economical postage method for your return.

In the event that you require an exchange in style, upon receiving the product back we will send you out a replacement with the required style as soon as possible. If there is no availability, we will proceed with the reimbursement. You will be notified via email once we have received your item for exchange. 

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the payment method originally used to purchase.

Natty Workwear guarantees its products against manufacturers' defects for a period of 6 months from the date you receive it. Natty Workwear will replace any defective or malfunctioning product at no charge to the customer. This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse as determined by Natty Workwear.
