Returns and Refunds

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY


At Natty Workwear, we want you to be stoked with your gear. If something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order, to request a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault, defect, or an error on our part.

For approved returns, a restocking fee of AUD $14.99 will apply to all returns. This fee helps cover the cost of shipping, and of processing the return. This will be taken out of your refund.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Have all original swing tags and cardboard garment/glasses tags intact and attached.
Items returned without tags or in a non-resalable condition will be rejected and are not eligible for a refund. Natty Workwear will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

Please note:

Socks cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please get in touch with us via our contact form here.

Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days.

If approved, we'll need you to send your items back to us.

We will reimburse you for the shipping cost if the return is for a fault/defect. We will require a photo of the postage receipt, and we'll issue a refund via your original payment method. 

Please don’t send items back without submitting a return request first. Unapproved returns can’t be accepted.

EXCHANGES

We don’t offer direct exchanges for online orders.

If you need a different size, colour, or style:

Return your original item for a refund via the above process, then place a new order for the correct item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 2-7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders placed using a voucher will be refunded as store credit.

Any free gifts included with your order must be returned, or their value will be deducted from your refund.

Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

We’ll cover the return shipping cost.

You’ll be offered a replacement or full refund.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and submit a return request via the contact form as soon as possible. Our team will be in touch within 1-3 business days to sort it out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept returns from international customers; however:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start an international return, please submit a request via the contact form. If approved, we’ll send you clear instructions on how to return your item.

WARRANTY POLICY - SAFETY GLASSES

Natty Workwear guarantees its safety glasses against manufacturers' defects for a period of 6 months from the date you receive them and 12 months for prescription safety glasses. Natty Workwear will replace any defective or malfunctioning pair of glasses at no charge to the customer. This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratched lenses, accidental damage, misuse as determined by Natty Workwear.
