Born on the tools. Built for the trade.
Natty Workwear is Australia’s premium workwear and safety eyewear brand, designed for tradies who take pride in their craft. We make quality gear that looks sharp, fits well, and performs on site and off.
From humble beginnings in Brunswick, Melbourne, to now calling Burleigh on the Gold Coast home, Natty has always been about more than just workwear. We’re here to shift the culture. To bring style, pride, and purpose back to the tools.
NATTY RULEBOOK

Encouraging pride in the trade
redefining the standard
We craft high-quality workwear, safety glasses, and accessories that are made to last. Every stitch, seam and screw is built with intention - tested by tradies, worn with pride.
Durable, functional, and actually good looking. Because when you feel good, you work even better.
With a fast-growing community across Australia and beyond, Natty is leading the charge in modern trade culture. Inclusive, community-driven, and proudly local.
Natty Workwear. Look good. Work good.
The Foundation
After 12 years as a carpenter, Natty's founder Trent developed a deep passion for the industry and the people in it. Motivated to find a way to encourage pride in the trade, Natty Workwear was born in a spare bedroom in Brunswick, Melbourne, with one style of safety glasses and an early groundswell of momentum amongst tradies who were bought into the mission. What started as a one-man band operating out of a spare room was evolving into a progressive brand to be seen in; the reach grew and the range did too with crew across Australia and New Zealand keen to back the product and the purpose. It was time to level up...
The Build
Natty’s safety glasses range expanded rapidly, cementing our reputation for pushing boundaries and bringing fresh ideas to the trade. Beyond the gear, we built a movement - from MVP Tradie Cards heroing local legends, to smoko shout giveaways, and the Natty Noticeboard, where tradies could post ads for work or workers, to name a few.
These outside-the-box campaigns celebrated pride in the craft and gave back to the community, helping Natty make a real dent in the industry and become more than just workwear - a culture.
The Move
Natty moved from Brunswick to Burleigh on the Gold Coast, setting up in a new space that matched the brand’s pace and ambition. Wholesale partnerships and stockists were beginning to ramp up, and with operations becoming more streamlined, Natty was laying the groundwork for the big growth to come.
The Progress
From our founder Trent borrowing Paslodes as an apprentice to collaborating with one of the industry’s giants - this was a full-circle moment. Natty Workwear partnered with Paslode Aus & NZ to create a limited-edition extension of our classic Kenneth safety glasses: the Natty x Paslode Kenneth Matte Black. Featuring the Natty x Paslode co-branding inside the arm and a custom Natty metal logo accent in Paslode’s signature orange, these glasses marked our first-ever Kenneth release in matte black. The bespoke frames were included in Paslode’s FrameMaster, sold nationally across Australia and in New Zealand, with customers also receiving a $150 Natty voucher to redeem online.
Opening the Doors
Natty opened its Burleigh HQ to the public, giving tradies a place to walk in, try on gear, and connect with the team behind the brand. At the same time, Natty’s reach continued to grow with over 50 stockists across Australia and New Zealand, marking a huge step in bringing Natty to worksites everywhere.
