How do I know if the products are the right size for me?

The Kenneth Safety Glasses are one size fits most - so you should be covered! 


What's your exchange policy?

We want you to be totally happy with your Natty Workwear products. 

If for any reason you're looking to exchange your products, email us at hello@nattyworkwear.com and ensure you include your order number. From there, someone from our customer service team will get in touch to go through the exchange process with you.

Just note, you can only return you product for an exchange within 15 days of receipt.   


What's your return policy?

We only offer refunds if you have received a faulty product. If, for any other reason, you feel your product isn't right, you can ask for a credit. 

Please send an email to hello@nattyworkwear.com and we will provide next steps on returning your product. Once we receive it, we will issue you with your store credit were applicable.

What happens if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

If you have received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, we apologise! Please email us straight away at hello@nattyworkwear.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the fault. All return details will be provided via email within 48 hours.  


How long does delivery take?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed & shipped as per our shipping policy. You will then be provided with a tracking link to follow the progress of your delivery with Australia Post.

Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing some delays, mainly on international orders, due to freight disruptions. Please be aware your delivery may be delayed. 


How can I track my order?

Do you ship overseas?

Yep, we ship internationally! You can calculate your shipping cost here


Will I have to pay for customs etc. if I'm ordering from outside of Australia?

Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 


What currency is used online?

 All prices are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) at checkout.
